|Making A Purchase We can only accept orders for shipment in the UK. Standard cutoff for orders is 2.55pm business day.|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
|Shipping And Handling We use next day courier such as City Link/Interlink for delivery, in some cases we will use first class post or other couriers. Where possible this is a next working day delivery and is subject to stock availability. note for shipments to Ireland and certain part so of the isles delivery can take 3-4 days|
|Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to ship your goods same day as the order - our cut off for orders is 2.55pm after that orders recieved will be shipped the next working day. We use a City Link & Interlink as a our main courier will endeavour to delivery within 24 hours - (working days). Stock delays will be notified. In some cases we use first class post or other courier distribution methods to deliver your goods - these also vary depending on your UK location.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|

|Returns Policy All goods must be returned in A1 condition with all parts / cds / manuals / boxes etc. The packaging must also be in A1 condition and unmarked. Goods in a non resaleable condition are subject to a 25% handling/restocking fee.|
The customer must make contact with Flashbyte in advance of returning any goods. Arranging return of goods is the responsibility of the customer. Return postage/shipping is the responsibility of the customer (see note later). Therefore, in order to ensure that your returns reach us safely, we do recommend using a registered form of post. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Two methods are available for return of faulty goods.
Method 1: The customer can return the goods at their cost - once recieved by flashbyte and checked, a replacement unit will be sent out FOC.
Method 2: The customer agrees to a further charge on their credit card for an advance replacement product this will then be despatched. Upon receipt the customer returns the faulty unit at their cost - once recieved by flashbyte and checked, a credit will be issued for the replacement unit.
note: Refund of Customer shipping costs - this will only be issued if the goods are faulty (on reciept to the customer) or dead on arrival and that the customer notifies us of same within 24 hours of recieving the goods - the faulty unit must be returned within 7 working days - otherwise the customer is subject to a charge for all goods sent. In all other circumstances the customer is responsible for returning the goods.
Value of refund for faulty goods - in most situations the full invoice value less the shipping charges are refunded.
Goods that are not faulty and have been returned for any other reason maybe subject to the handling charge.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
|Remittance Terms If for some reason the product is faulty upon delivery - please return it to us within 7 days and we will refund your parts purchase value. Goods returned for refund and in damaged or not new condition or missing parts will be charged a 25% handling fee. This does not affect your consumer rights. City Link/Interlink deliveries - two attempts are made by City Link/Interlink to deliver goods - if you are not available to accept the delivery on theses attempts - you will be subject to a second delivery charge to redeliver the goods. || |
